-WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

In-stock orders ship within one to two days of being placed. Please contact us if you need your order sooner.

Please allow three to four weeks for custom accessory/embellishment orders.

Seasonal pre-orders may take longer.

-CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the processing of your return.

If you are unsure of your selection, please only try on your shoes on carpet to avoid scuffing or wear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept, exchange, replace or credit worn merchandise or accessorized shoes.

-HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

1. Click on the style you want to view available sizes.

2. Click on the size you want. (Note: If the size is SOLD OUT, you will not be able to click that size or add the item to your Shopping Bag.)

3. Click "Add to Bag" button.

4. Click "Bag" button in the upper right corner of your screen.

5. Double-check that your selections are correct.

6. Click "Checkout" button. You will be redirected to the secured PayPal payment page.

-HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

‚ÄčEMY MACK uses merchant payment service provider Square. Square accepts the following payment types for online and showroom purchases: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and other international payment options.

-HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard FedEx ground and home delivery are FREE for any online order shipped within the continental U.S. Please contact us if you need your order delivered sooner.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
